During his tenure in the private aviation industry, Mustafa’s efforts have consistently propelled his sales teams new business, year over year. He grew 24/7 Jet, from a sales brokerage firm to an air carrier with a fleet of jets operating worldwide. Under his leadership, 24/7 Jet has rapidly emerged as one of the leading private jet companies in the world. He is supported by one of the most experienced and respected executive management teams. A specialist in organizational growth, Mustafa has the operational experience, knowledge, and entrepreneurial drive to ensure 24/7 Jet succeeds in every aspect. Prior to his aviation career, Mustafa was in corporate finance. He continues to run Blackhawk Partners in CA, an investment firm he founded that funds aviation and cutting-edge technology projects. He is a qualified pilot and is actively pursuing his B.S. in Aviation Business Administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He is also an active philanthropist and an advocate for the Business Aviation Industry. In 2009, Mustafa started Fly with Me Foundation that supports families in need across the world.
Manan brings nearly 10 years of experience in the aviation sector with a focus on managing fleets and organizing private jet charter and has been instrumental in leading 24/7 Jet’s business development both in terms of growth and company sales. From 2012-2018 he served as Director of Sales. Relying heavily on experience gained knowledge, and key relationships Manan plays a tremendous role in implementing 24/7 Jet’s plan for controlled growth. He is dedicated to his clients and sets the highest bar in the industry for customer service.
Bret has 25 years in the aviation industry and has accumulated over 12000 flying hours during his time as a pilot. He also has experience as a Chief Pilot and still performs as a Check Airman. He previously worked with two different jet operators as their Director of Operations and is currently the Director of Operations for 24/7 Jet. He was involved in putting a certificate together by assisting with the manuals and flying all the proving runs during his tenure with his previous employer. Till this day, he remains active flying Part 135 and corporate, and carries 4 different type ratings.
Bob Rosenberg started in the aviation industry in 1992 working for Spirit Aviation, a Part 135/145 Charter Maintenance Facility as a Junior Mechanic Performing Inspection, Alteration and Repair of their Fleet of 12 Turbine Powered Aircraft. He worked his way up to become the Lead Mechanic on Learjet, Westwind, King Air and Gulfstream aircrafts. Bob gained advanced knowledge and skill on all maintenance operations including engine removal and installation, systems, and component troubleshooting repair. Bob became the Vice President of Maintenance in 1997 for Sprit Aviation, where he developed and supervised an 11-person maintenance team. He operated and maintained a fleet of 32 aircrafts. As the Vice President of Maintenance, he was responsible for staff supervision, technical development, and business administration of the maintenance division of the company. When Spirit Aviation sold in 2009, Bob went on to open his own Maintenance Facility Business in Van Nuys Airport. In 2009, with his extensive experience in aircraft maintenance and administration operations, Bob founded a 145 Repair Station, Jet Tech LTD. As the President of the company and Director of Maintenance, he is responsible of supervising a 10-person team of mechanics and administration to support repair station work. Jet Tech Ltd has capability to work on all size aircrafts, Bombardier, Gulfstreams, Embraer, Learjet and Textron. Bob is also the approved West Coast MRT for Pratt & Whitney Engine Services.
Bob is a highly experienced pilot with over 20,000 hours of flying time. He has been a pilot since 1975 with experience in the aviation industry both in a managerial and flight training capacity. Bob has flown a variety of aircrafts including working for Jet Blue as a Captain. He holds Check Airman and Flight Instructor Authority. His primary objective as Chief Pilot at 24/7 Jet is to ensure a highly motivated and conscientious pilot team, capable of delivering total customer satisfaction within the most stringent of industry safety cultures. Bob holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University.
As the Vice President of Sales, Mahad has over ten years of experience working with a diverse portfolio of clientele ranging from A-List celebrities in the music, sports, as well as the film industry. By his extensive involvement with 24/7 Jet’s client base, he was personally responsible for expanding the sales department many times over since the inception of 24/7 Jet.
