With a career spanning more than three decades, Juan Pablo has established himself as a leader in the aviation industry. His passion for the field ignited at a young age when he took the initiative to design, build, and fly model airplanes, laying the foundation for a lifetime pursuit of excellence in aviation.
Commencing his professional journey as an aircraft maintenance technician in a Repair Station FAA Part 145, Juan Pablo honed his technical skills while performing checks B, C, and D Checks, along with complex structural repairs on an array of large transport aircraft. His hands-on experience encompasses notable aircraft models such as the Airbus A319, Boeing 727, 737, Lockheed L-1011, and McDonnell Douglas DC-8. This early foundation not only equipped him with a robust understanding of aircraft systems but also fostered a meticulous attention to detail that would serve him well throughout his career.
As he advanced through the ranks, Juan Pablo's leadership capabilities became increasingly evident. He transitioned into management roles, ultimately assuming the position of Director of Maintenance. His strategic vision and commitment to excellence have been pivotal in overseeing various FAA Part 135 maintenance operations for the past 20 years, where he has excelled in managing diverse teams and fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.

Juan Pablo holds a B.S. in Aviation Maintenance and possesses an Airframe & Power Plant certificate with FAA Inspection Authorization.
